PILOT [WDS] Weighing and Dispensing System

Weighing and dosing procedures are anything but a trivial matter, firstly because this procedure must be precisely integrated in the production process for efficiency reasons and, secondly, because the procedure requires high accuracy due to product specifications. For these reasons, PILOT [WDS] is the plausible solution.

PILOT [WDS] ensures the dialogue-supported weighing of raw materials for manufacturing processes and their documentation within the value creation chain. The system can be used with all established scales and terminals (e.g. Mettler-Toledo, Bizerba, Sartorius, Berkel) and can be easily integrated in existing systems, such as, MES, PPS or ERP.

FELTEN GROUP’s modular solution has a number of additional advantages. The system complies with 21 CFR Part 11, thus traceability is easy due to Electronic Batch Recording (EBR). Moreover, the identification of sub-batches, or intermediate-materials in the barcode system, ensures easy and reliable identification during further processing.
