At the preparation stage of a contract specification, the needs of a department will translate into clear and comprehensible requirements for a technical solution. The URS explains the requested functions, data structures and systems in the operating environment, and all non-functional conditions.

The deliverer qualification contains a postal audit for the deliverer pre-selection as well as a deliverer audit according to GAMP, in consideration of the individual requirements of the project. The resulting reports establish the base for the risk assessment.

In close co-operation with our customers, we analyze production processes, determine the service reserves and work out the appropriate concept for the maximum exploitation of optimization potentials. The basis of our process methodology is the best practice extension of production intelligence.

FELTEN offers an optional maintenance and support package for its software products. The security of a maintenance contract ensures customers all-round care via a call service for 24/7 - 365 days/year inclusive of documentation. In addition, we provide an optional ‘hour’ service, which is contingent on uncomplicated retrieval of services.
